Forum Rules Conditions of Acceptance

Revision of rules relating to items placed in the Classified Adverts section of the Forum (updated 24/5/2008)

The placement of any single advert, either For Sale or Wanted, by a member of the Forum is free of charge provided that the item/s for sale is from a private individual and is of used condition. No trade or commercial products will be accepted within the Forum on a free of charge basis.

If you are a trader/dealer/commercial business you can place an advert within the Classified section of the Forum but at a charge of £5.00 per individual advert. Payment is by Paypal only. Please contact the Forum Administrator (Gary) prior to submitting your advert for banking details. Any advert placed in this section that appears to be trade or commercial WILL be removed on sight if payment is not made prior to submission

If you are in any doubt about the placement of any advert or if you wish to clarify your position then please speak to or contact Gary.

Any member found to be misusing this section of the Forum will have their advert removed and any continued misuse will result in loss of use of the Forum.

General Updates

* The ftooz.co.uk classified service is available to all registered and confirmed ftooz.co.uk members. * Once your item has sold please do one of the following things. Either mark it as "SOLD" or contact a member of staff to have the item removed.

* Users understand that ftooz.co.uk only acts as the publisher of the classified service and will not be held liable for products offered or information displayed in the forum. All information displayed in the forum is the sole responsibility of the posting member. Buyers beware!

* Sellers must guarantee that all products and equipment offered are real, descriptions and prices are accurate and include true to life photos as needed. Please ensure that your advert is correctly submitted. Any adverts with errors (no price, missing contact details etc etc) will be removed. ftooz.co.uk will not be liable for any information posted in the forum whether correct or mistaken.

* Sellers are required to provide accurate contact information such as email or telephone in your post.

* Sellers may not post links to outside websites or link to an advert on another website.

* ftooz.co.uk may in its sole discretion review, edit, and remove any ad without the permission of the advertising publisher. * Buyers will not publish any payment information in the forum such as credit card or Paypal transfer instructions.

Warning signs are poor English, offering to pay by bankers draft and offering to overpay with the overpaid balance paid by you to a third party such as a fictitional shipping company. 788 As raced at Belle Vue 1 Nov, fastest lap time in National.

Lockside engine, Anderson sump.
Shortened Tran-x box with alloy bellhousing.
Self built 2008. Full set of spares, including axle and hubs, ready to fit.
Rack, wishbones, tie bars, wheels etc.

Can be renerfed, rebumpered and repaneled as required.
Will fully comply with 2010 regs.
Racing at Scunthorpe and Belle Vue unless sold first.
Complete as raced, less transponder.
Will not split, £3,250

Still for sale.
Fastest lap in cons at Scunthorpe.

Will be racing at Belle Vue under 388, new driver to F2.
Starting at the back, never even sat in the car until we get there.

Bit expensive for a licence for one meeting ohmy.gif
