Forum Usage

The rules below apply to all users of our forum. These rules are designed to protect us and you, and to ensure that everyone can use the forum and benefit from it safely:

- Membership fees for the website are set at £15.00GBP for 2009. Please see the membership section within the website for instructions on how to join. If, after joining the website, your actions lead to your membership being terminated and posting rights removed you will NOT be eligible for any refund.

-NO MINORS!! If you are under 16 then it is advised that you proceed with caution.
If you are under 13 years of age you DO NOT have permission to apply for membership to ftooz.co.uk. Anybody found or even suspected of being under 13 years of age will have their account terminated immediately.

-You acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or the owner of ftooz.co.uk (except for posts made by these people).
We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message nor can we be held responsible for taking the advice posted in any message.

-We reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any contributions posted, entirely at our discretion. Any post deemed unsuitable either through insufficient grammar or malicious intent can and will be removed with the option of further action being taken against the culprit.

-Messages must be posted in proper English. Messages containing SMS Text-type abbreviations of words are not permitted and will be deleted on sight. Continued use of text message type abbreviations may result in posting rights being denied.
If you are unable to express your views in a responsible and sensible manner then please think very carefully about joining the forum. Troublemakers are most certainly not welcome.

-We reserve the right to disclose your personal data and/or IP address in response to a threat of legal action.

-Please try to refrain from using swear words.

-Please note that this forum is not actively moderated 24 hours per day therefore we can not be responsible for immediate removal of unsavoury posts.

-Do not libel any company or individual, or let any debate become personal.

-Pornographic and other illegal or offensive contributions are prohibited.

-Do not impersonate someone. Nicknames are acceptable as long as they are not offensive and are not someone else's name.

-You must ensure that you do not breach, or infringe upon, the rights of any third party. (Such rights include copyright, trademarks, and privacy).

-If you are a registered member you agree to the registration information you supply being stored in a database. The owner, administrator and moderators of ftooz.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to this data being compromised.

-Please aim to ensure that all discussions you enter into remain relevant to the topic concerned. If posts are found to be turning into private "chat" they will be removed. If you want to chat use MSN or ICQ!

-Personal attacks on any other members will not be tolerated.
This will be enforced, vigorously, regardless of whatever justification you may feel you have. This is not the place for that sort of thing! Any such posts will be removed without notice and without explanation. If you are the victim of such attacks, DO NOT respond in kind on the public forum, your post will also be removed. You have a right to defend yourself in a calm and reasonable manner, but any continuation of the tirade should be carried on in your own time, in private, and be solely your responsibility. Report the offending post to a member of Staff. Continued attacks by anyone will result in the banning of that person... with no appeals!

-Please be aware that the ftooz.co.uk Forum DOES NOT and WILL NOT take any responsibility for YOUR posts. If any liable or legal issues arise from information you posted on the Forum, whether from rumour or fact, the matter will rest with you and you only. YOU deal with the outcome of any mis-doings and accept sole responsibility for your actions.

-Do also remember that offense can be taken where none is intended... the written word can be misconstrued.

-Remember... all have a right to their opinion, and a right to express that opinion.
You also have a right to disagree with any opinions... but if you need to do that with name calling, insulting or sarcastic remarks... then your opinion is not welcome. Reasoned argument is encouraged. Freedom of speech should not be mistaken for license to say as you wish, without regard for the hurt it may cause others.

-Use it in a grown up and sensible manner! If there is anything above that you disagree with or if you feel you cannot stick to the above then you DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE FORUM.

-Anybody found to be posing/pretending/saying they are someone they are not or joining the forum as an IMPOSTOR will have their membership terminated and be reported to the relevant authorities as an identity fraudster.
Anybody found to have registered multiple usernames with intent will have their accounts deleted without consultation or written notice.

-BriSCA Formula 2 Stock Car Racing is the greatest oval formula in Europe and and by joining this forum you agree to promote it to it's utmost wherever possible.

-ftooz.co.uk is not in any way associated with BriSCA, any of it's Promoters or any of it's subsidiaries. It is a wholly independent website for supporters, drivers, teams, sponsors etc.

Classifieds Section (For Sale/Wanted)

Revision of rules relating to items placed in the Classified Adverts section of the Forum (updated 24/5/2008)

The placement of any single advert, either For Sale or Wanted, by a member of the Forum is free of charge provided that the item/s for sale is from a private individual and is of used condition.
No trade or commercial products will be accepted within the Forum on a free of charge basis.

If you are a trader/dealer/commercial business you can place an advert within the Classified section of the Forum but at a charge of £5.00 per individual advert. Payment is by Paypal only. Please contact the Forum Administrator (Gary) prior to submitting your advert for banking details.

If you are in any doubt about the placement of any advert or if you wish to clarify your position then please speak to or contact Gary.

Any member found to be misusing this section of the Forum will have their advert removed and any continued misuse will result in loss of use of the Forum.


General Updates

* The ftooz.co.uk classified service is available to all registered and confirmed ftooz.co.uk members.

* Once your item has sold please do one of the following things. Either mark it as "SOLD" or contact a member of staff to have the item removed.

* Users understand that ftooz.co.uk only acts as the publisher of the classified service and will not be held liable for products offered or information displayed in the forum. All information displayed in the forum is the sole responsibility of the posting member. Buyers beware!

* Sellers must guarantee that all products and equipment offered are real, descriptions and prices are accurate and include true to life photos as needed. ftooz.co.uk will not be liable for any information posted in the forum.

* Sellers may not post links to outside websites or link to an advert on another website.

* Sellers are required to provide accurate contact information such as email or telephone in your post.

* ftooz.co.uk may in its sole discretion review, edit, and remove any ad without the permission of the advertising publisher.

* Buyers will not publish any payment information in the forum such as credit card or Paypal transfer instructions.

Do not enter into any financial transaction unless you are 100% confident of the integrity of the buyer. ftooz.co.uk accepts no liability for any loss incurred through failure to carry out due diligence on any potential purchaser. Warning signs are poor English, offering to pay by bankers draft and offering to overpay with the overpaid balance paid by you to a third party such as a fictitional shipping company. If in doubt, walk away."
