Long shot, but I thought I'd ask

Does anyone else running Windows Vista, with the Windows updates "on", have a constant request and failed installed for a .NET framework 1.1 security patch?

I'm running vista and I currently have updates set to on. No outstanding updates for me all fully updated and currently working like a dream which makes a change.
