what is meant by the term "buffed" tyre?
what is differnce between buffed and a slick?
mite be daft question but new to sport.

A buffed tyre is simply a treaded tyre that has had the tread trimmed off or down.
A slick is a slick! which you buy from the factory already bold!


A new avon is better buffed down for use on dry tarmac but your better going with Yokos by the sound of things.
