As i know in 2007 the slicks where only allowed at the front ..

Can you use also slicks at the back in 2008 ??

funny coz on the for sale page on here bwplive.com is selling slicks saying we can use them front and back this year lol.

I wish this whole tyre thing would be sorted once and for all. It was put on the brisca site,I thought this would have cleared it all up.

Slicks can only be used on the front of the car in 2008 at any meeting. Not allowed on the back

Sorry my mistake, for sale post now edited.

You can use them on the back on a Saloon...

According to the BriSCA F2 website yes, at any meeting this year. It was in the November newsletter that avons can be used to the same rules as last year regaurding softner, and slicks can be used on the front only but at any meeting. Avons and Yok's can be used at the same time, but must be the same tyre both sides of the same axle. I.e. avons on the front and yok's on the rear, or vice versa, but not one yok and one avon on the front and so on.
