where can i get a stortend tailshaft.

In the small gap behind gears towards tailshift there is a circlip that needs to come off
pm the doctor on here,he does a very short box ie no tail housing.he did one for me and did a good job and it was cheap

what is the best way of removing the gear selector so i can shorten the tail peice???? is ther any easy way of removing this quickly.
