He might be a tit Tim, and barking up the wrong tree, but someone must know why rules are removed or ammened from/in the rule book, especially when they are fixed for three years at an AGM. ?

Most car constuction rules are set for 3 years, Thats why we WERE told that at the end of 2009 the tilted chassis are to be outlawed. Mr Batten didn't have any input with this as he was ill at the time, we got told at a pre season meeting the outcome. As for driver input that be good if we had any, AGM's bring 30 or so drivers out of the 500 that tells people that they can't be bothered!!!!

so he is a tit who assumed wrong then, at the end of the day you lot got no worries as you dont have to scrap your cars eh! and expensive scrap it is

Why have the tech committe only decided now that they are not in favour of this type of car?

The first of these cars emerged in 2004 i beleive, so if the tech committe were against them why were they not banned at the end of 2006 with the RCE cars and similar?

If the tech committe were at that time not against them but now they are what has changed? As far as i can see, these cars, while competitive, are not dominant so why are they being banned? Im sure an explanation would be apreciated by those who are set to lose significant amounts of money as a result of this decision!

While many people may be aware of my latest creation, I would like to point out that it is of no consequence to me if they are banned or not as i personally have invested nothing into a future in building this type of car. I would however like to see a statement which justifies this decision and an explanation of how this outcome was reached.

Thats a proper car built with a spirit level in the flat lands of east anglia my pastie munchin stock car expert,dont get more symetrical than that!but i dont see the tilters being about for long anyhow,all that work to make um like that and at brum 2nite they won nowt,and in the national they all got beat by a 05 randall!(starting from red)
the tilters might be good on the south wests unsymetrical tracks(i know toytown is nearly right exept the dent in the pit corner fence,where bumble went in when drippy came to play)but on tonights display on a symetrical track they looked to be struggling.

so i'm a tit for pointing out that he raced a car that was obviously outside the rules?
mm? yet daves cars that were within the rules got banned? whats that about?
its like moving the goal posts to suit some car builders and directly blocking others.
anyway, we move on!
