Yeah I know there mounted like that Woody everyones been doing that for years now but Im just saying surley it would be better mounted to the chassis or nerf lower down.

if it was mounted to the chassis or nerf then the drivers might have a tuff time getting out of the car rolleyes.gif

smurf 826- 06-13-2008
not really look where they are mounted now on the roof plate very front of cage and the rear, just depends how far apart you you do your brackets don't it. unless your a really fat get then it don't matter where you put your wing coz you aint gonna go very fast. lol

spikey167- 06-14-2008
is there anypoint, the wing is attached to the cab which is directly attached to the chassis anyway?

smurf 826- 06-14-2008
Yes spikey it is attached to the chassis on four points this is why I dont understand offset wings coz at the end of the day it pushes down the cage evenly near as damm it on to the chassis surely. which is why I said would it be better pushing down from the inside wing mount to the inside of the car and the outside wing mount pushing down on the inside of the cage. Well I know what I mean anyhow. blink.gif

it dont matter anyhow no ones gonna do it I was just talking s**t for summit to do lol. wink.gif

Have a look at a supermarket trolley next time you go shopping. According to the above logic there would be no weight on the front wheels.
