Indeed a work of art Mike - your photography is coming on a treat.
Nice to see a full set of matching wheels this time. tongue.gif

Glad I wasn't the only one who thought it was strange to have 3 black wheels and one silver wheel on Toon Schut's new car....lol.

Very, very nice Ian, wish you lots of success with it, inside row 3 at Bristol here we come !!!!! biggrin.gif

The wing looks a bit suspect, with safety measures....

Franco50- 06-08-2008
I know the wing offset and the in-built 'lean' of the car are there for performance and handling reasons but it's a bit of a fugly beast when seen from these angles tongue.gif

Quite agree Joe and I don't want to give the wrong impression - the finish and presentation of the car is impeccable but after seeing the head-on and rear shots of the car, the 'tilt' look does leave a lot to be desired. Just my opinion though.

yes looks a nice car some one else bending the rules as far as poss eh

spikey167- 06-08-2008
Nicelooking car, but then im a fan of the tilts anyway, but that looks good right up untill the wing then it looks silly!!!

smurf 826- 06-08-2008
Yeah the wing is ott set it just off then it will look the nuts.
I could never understand the offset wing as it still pushes down on the same points on the roof surely?? wacko.gif I would have thought it would need the inside mounts to press down on the inside nerf or there abouts to get max inside down force.(hmm would that work) remember it was my idea if it makes it to the tracks lol
I dont know just a thought maybe Dave will put me right. wink.gif

smurf826

P.S Now Ive started thinking about that I reckon it would work.

Nikki142- 06-12-2008
I think its a very smart RCE smile.gif great shots aswell on and off the track smile.gif

woody58- 06-12-2008
if you look closer at the mounts of the spoiler you will see it is mounted onto the cetner and inside only, therefore providing more grip to the inside rear wheel. how having more grip on one wheel as aoppossed to both rear wheels works im not sure.
this is what ian told me when he was at barford last year, as his 'old' rce had the same wing set up.
