Having been involved in the hire car topic in the general disscusion, I thought of #246 Lindsay Wilsons very successfull SSC hire system at Cowdenbeath. I my mind serves me correctly I can remember a #647 Chris Burgoyne having a go one very wet evening.

Does anybody know of #246 Lindsay Wilsons plans this year.

Not so sure Lindsay would agree with the venture being very sucessful mind you!!!!
Also wouldnt have thought Tam Tweedie would agree either after his incident with the Italian lad who decided to have a go in the car with no previous racing experience beforehand,Tam suffering a nasty injury from what I recall.
Spoke to lindsay @ Cowdie a few weeks back and he was saying that he has absoultely no interest whatsoever at the moment to return to the racing....
As regards car hire...I believe Scotty Devine has the ex-Soper/Webster car available this season but only to persons currently in possesion of a license as it will not be available to anyone purchasing a temp as was the case in previous seasons with other cars on hire.Hopefully Scotty or indeed someone connected could clarify ?
