It first appeared a couple or so years back when we all came up for the second leg of england v scotland.
What a terrible night for wasting time though?
Organisation was nothing short of a disaster!!! Yes there were a lot of incidents and a lot of clearing up to do but what an embarrasing show of stock car racing in Scotland.
The lining up and organising of the Scottish for the F1 was nothing short of a farce!
Great shame too as the racing last night was fantastic....when it got going................and the restarts were good...........when they got going...........
Paul / Mr Starter / Anyone else in some kind of position within GMP - What has happened to the organisation?!?! The marshalls at the turnstile end of the track were a joke!! 1 of them telling drivers to stay where they were on the track, an other telling them to go round and line up again, with another throwing tantrums at them when they moved around, after being told to by a marshall?!?!
Laughable, and so many of the crowd watching it thought the same - not to mention the loss of the last 2 races, which COULD have been run had the fannying about between races etc been better organised...............
Can we please get back to Mr Mcdoog in the centre of the park and PB organising races?!?! PLEASE!!!!
If true, then they best get it sorted up there for the Semi's in August.
Maybe they should take a look at the Spedeworth way of organisation. Good communication led by Deane Wood (ON THE CENTREGREEN EVERY RACE TO SPEED UP THE MEETING PROGRESS!!)
I went to Brum last night and was text several times from Cowdie about the organistion side of things!
Anyone heard of the 5 P's?!!!!!
amazing how there was no additional heavy lifting equipment for the F1's provided?
Dicking about with the usual tractors ( the lifting ones, not the F1 racing ones.... ) trying to use the long reach and a stupid little 80 year old tractor to take a car off after the F1 final from the opposite end of the track, almost comical..........almost.......
9 mins till knockhill starts, to be honest I love the F1's there but after last nights "show" I won't bother, me and a load of other people.
The previous poster ( Ahrab ) getting texts in Birmingham about how crap the organisation was 300 miles away? tells its own story eh.....
5 P's? at Cowdenbeath? nah, unless you mean:-
Pies
Pints
Piss poor organisation
Painful breaks in the action
Pair of manky tramps on the pace truck
