Neil was different class all weekend , mechanical gremlins aside, some hire car that one. Interesting how his reputation goes before him and most get out of the way which helps his cause no end. Just like when Speaky used to fire low graders in to get the yellows out for a bit of catch up. He is definately entertaining from the cheap side of the fence, looking forward to him mixing it more with the big boys further back to see how he fares. Still remember when he did the brum qualifier a few years back and blitzed everyone including Bazza who ?I seem to remember. wonder how far the DK alliance will extend when a title rests on it.

Never claim to know everything or even anything for that matter, only my opinion, so where am I wrong, all of it or just part of it Munky ?Two heat and final wins when the cream of f2 were present is different class to me, assuming from your other post , your a moodie fan and fair play, it wasn't Smiffy's fault that No 7 chose to stay at home and chase the points on saturday. Personally don't think Gordon would have caught him in the Euros, but we will never know.
Didn't look like Smiffy was fully extended, when at the front so maybe they both had something in reserve.
The moodster was certainly lightening and did a fantastic job in not only repairing the damage but being that quick afterwards.
People moving out of the way of Smiffy, I saw some definately but not all. As to Mixing it at the back I haven't seem him have to shift Moodie , polley, Sworder, Timmy or Kitson yet, perhaps he will have no problems, I just haven't seen it yet. As for Speaky I definately saw him drill the opposition for the yellows , which is why for me he is still the best as he was totally ruthless , although others are getting close and Moodie is one hell of a driver, and without being that aggressive, but thats only my opinion whats yours?

A lot of the problem is that some of the 'in jokes' on here are only jokes or a wind up if you know about them, in some cases mine are so select I am the only person that thinks there remotely funny biggrin.gif

hi
657 Neal smith what an exciting man to watch,he is a hard racer who can take as well as give,so when i see people on here making snide comments it gets up my nose.Leave the guy alone hes a breath of fresh air.He is good for the sport. The old school couldnt handle his skill in the hot rods so made his life hell.So just leave him alone and enjoy his skill.
Doyley

Ummmm I like neal but take it I dont think he can ! ask pig tails 401 !! and I have fond memories of neal not being able to take it but in those days he was a badder person religion has helped him melow so maybe he can take it ! pig tails 401 had a bashing for passing though .

Hack258- 07-25-2008
I heard he had a short temper in his Hot Rod days too.

Just another nobody that can't take a hit on the back bumper?
